Now it works, but the graphics are funky and I can't see the player character or enemies and the game froze when it tryes to load the second tutorial area,if someone has a clue if there is a fix. 1G1R stands for 'One Game One ROM'. Most games will have many different versions, whether it's due to region (USA, Europe, Japan), or even to revisions. What 1G1R does is keep the USA ROM and latest revision. 1G1R sets will also include every Europe exclusive, Japan exclusive that's in English, all Japanese to English fan translations. Huh there are even videos in the tube of demon souls running this same emulator. Sound is kinda okay It has an infinite metallic echo in closed rooms also in those videos. I hope the emulator will improve or Sony will bring it to PSnow.

| Demon's Souls not booting I followed the quick setup guide but I can't get this game to boot, the log is just spitting out the following over and over: E {PPU[0x100000a] Thread (Core.Res.FileLoader) [0x016baa40]} 'cellFsOpen' failed with 0x8001003a : CELL_ENOTMOUNTEDI've installed the pkg file and placed the corresponding rap file in the 'RPCS3dev_hdd0home00000001exdata' directory. And I've tried booting the game from a rip (i.e. a folder containing 'PS3_GAME' and 'PS3_UPDATE' folders) I'm using interpreter (fast) for SPU and PPU decoder, selected the 4 libraries according to the guide, and selected 'load required libraries'. Specs are: i5 3570K 4GHz, GTX970, 8GB 1866MHz RAM, Windows 10 x64, RPCS3 v0.02-3-cdc49d1 I'm using 'Demon's Souls - BLES00932' which is the European version and should work according to the official site. But, I'm just getting a black screen. Anyone know how to fix this? |
